A convention should be a pleasant and safe event for all its members

Discussions and conversations where opinions differ are natural parts of a convention but we assume that everyone will behave positively and respectfully of others. Microphones must be used when available.

Violence, threats, harassments, aggressivity or ruthless behaviour will not be accepted.

The convention committee reserves the right to determine what behaviour is acceptable.

In case of unacceptable behaviour the committee can take actions reaching from a reprimand to exclusion from the convention without refund of the membership fee.

On the premises, the convention badge must be worn at all times. 

Contact a committee member if you or someone else is subjected to something that the committee should be aware of.

No weapons are allowed. We define weapons as anything with a sharp edge or anything with which to fire projectiles. Toys and replicas are OK as long as they are impossible to mistake for the real thing. If in doubt, contact Registration.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Alcohol bought at the bar may not be consumed outdoors. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

Always follow instructions given by members of the committee or appointed volunteers.
